Swiss
Tomato
Romaine
Bacon
Mayo
Ours, makes 2
Whole grain loaf (4 slices)
Less-fat swiss cheese, two slices thick
Romaine (2 leaves)
Vine tomatoes (2, sliced)
Nueski’s (4 slices)
Eggs (2)
Olive oil mayo (2 tbsp)
-Toast bread under broiler w swiss
-Fry bacon, fry egg
-Toast other slice bread under broiler
-Swipe mayo over toasted slice
-Top Swiss bread w tomato, romaine, bacon, egg, mayo’d bread
A+ for Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, midnight snack, any old Tuesday, Thanksgiving dinner, etc.
